NEW: ALL RESERVATIONS WILL NOW BE PRE-PAID
Seats will now be purchased in advance, exactly like concert, theater or major league sporting tickets. They will also be transferable to anyone you like, for any reason. And you could re-sell them, if you like.
NEW: REFUNDS
“All Sales Are ‘NOT NECESSARILY’ Final”. In some instances a 100% refund is possible. If you have to cancel or abandon your seats within 60 days of the service date we’ll help you to fill your seats. If we do fill your seats, we’ll refund your payment 100%. LEARN MORE HERE
NEW: POINTS PROGRAM
For every dollar you spend with us (Seats, Gratuity, Wines to go…etc….) you’ll get one point. At 5000 points (not including taxes and fees) we’ll reward you with a $250 gift certificate.
NO CHANGE: GUIDELINES
We like to say there are NO RULES at RAW LAB, other than THE GOLDEN RULES (but those apply everywhere). We do have some GUIDELINES, however, that are intended to help our guests understand the best way to prepare for and get the most out of the experience. Related to this is information we provide on HOW TO ARRIVE (and what to expect when you do) that really helps our guests enjoy the start of the evening.

For the purposes of full transparency, here is a breakdown of the 15% taxes/fees charge on every purchase.
SC Sales Tax @ 6.0%
SC Liquor Tax @ 5.0%
Charleston Hospitality Tax @ 2%
Credit Card Transaction Fee @ 3.75%
We must maintain our 20% minimum gratuity policy as this is how we are able to stay in business with our model which has food costs WELL in excess of what industry standards. We could build it into the price as has become the norm for many elite dining destinations. We don’t like doing that however. Gratuities present and opportunity to be rewarded for excellence. So, while we have a minimum we also allow for people to tip beyond that, should they care to. Historically, they have. Our average gratuity is 23.3%.
